id be inclined to agree with wintersun616. but i don't think COD is the last series to deserve this, i don't like it but theres no denying its a solid game.
but on to his point, acticrap keeps cashing in on these year after year and each one makes more than the last. if they continue their astronomical succes than other devs are going to take note and stop trying to push the boundaries with their new games.

in his defense thats bs, he pre-rdered it and paid for it, prob waited hrs only to be told he couldnt get it.
yes he handled it poorly with threats and what not but best buy also handled it poorly, the manager should have came over and gave him a $50 gift card or some other compensation for wasting his time/denying him what he bought and paid for.
thats why i never bother with COD campaigns on hard. ill receive alot of sh*t for this but when it comes to difficulty in shooters halo sets the standard imo. in COD campaigns and apparently BF hard is simply....

its out and i bought it yesterday, i skipped mgs 3 becuase i was still pissed about ditching snake in mgs2 ( didnt play the version with snake, came out long after i beat it ) and dont have a psp for peace walker so their like brand new games to me.
so far mgs3 story is pretty awesome and the gameplay elements are great however the control is *ss
i dont really want it unless its 100% backwards compatible. im not interested in starting over just yet and even though there is an article ever week claiming the consoles have been maxed out, its consistently proven wrong every fall when a new game drops bigger and better than the last game that claimed to "max" out these consoles.
plus i feel these consoles are really starting to hit their prime, no reason to quit on them yet. i say 100% backwards compatibility...
i wouldnt wait in line for this game or any other, every midnight launch i have ever went to i got to at about 11:50ish. its not that big of a deal if i have to wait 30min to cash out so long as i didnt have to wait 8hrs to save myself 30min...
elder scrolls is absolutely huge and decently complex, imo for non-rpg minded people, it would prob be best to stay clear of this series.
they would be much better starting at mass effect 2 or dragon age 2, then moving to mass effect 1, then they can try something like DA:O, Skyrim, or dark souls but prob not before getting their feet wet in the more streamlined rpg games.....
also Skyrim = sex, its that simple......

a game that size may be impossible to ever make perfect, i dont have a problem with patches as long as the game is playable enough from the start. one thing i don't like is game breaking bugs though, glitch here, glitch there, no biggie.....losing 80hrs of your life becuase a key or npc doesn't show up where they need to, thats unacceptable

it will never happen and if it does somehow, i will not be one of the supporters. for a few reasons....
1. i collect games / like to show them off. impossible to have shelfs of games if their all on a hdd
2. not everybody has the interent much less broadband, how would they get thier games?
3. what happens if a comapany goes under? not that it will but for example xbox brand? if they shut it down, i already ...

all you need, well mostly. toss is metal gear hd collection, dark souls and batman.
disagree with batman. great ending fun boss battle. you get to slice through foes with a sword as batman, people die, protocol 10 is stopped and its over. im not sure what else you would want, did they want batman to somehow save talia and go off and get married and live happily ever after lol?????
nothing wrong with that ending imo. he finished what he set out to do then went back to finish cleaning up AC. it ended as if it were a movie or an episode of the animated serie...
character 1: orc, two axes, also good with arrows and conjuration. heavy armor. complete bad ass, kill everything.
character 2: redguard: sword and destruction, also heavy armor. some good some bad.
character 3: dark elf: all stealth, he will be a saint.
character 4: don't know yet, all magic!!!!
